Mango Ice Cream

Mangoes can also be enjoyed in a variety of ways and it’s a perfect fruit to be included in many tasty desserts, which is why we decided to share with you this creamy and delicious mango ice cream recipe! It’s so easy that it’s basically fail-proof, and it only requires 3 simple ingredients! It’s an amazingly sweet treat that can cool you down in the summer heat~

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 160 g Condensed Milk
  • 250 g Whipped Cream
  • 260 g Mango

Instructions

Steps:

  • Blend 260g mango flesh and 160g sweet condensed milk using a hand blender.
  • In another bowl, whisk 250ml of whipped cream at low speed until stiff peak forms.
  • Then add the mango mixture and chopped mango into the mixture and mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a container and freeze it. Enjoy!
