A Thousand Layers of White Coffee Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 120 Butter
  • 30 g Powdered sugar
  • 30 g Condensed milk
  • Appropriate amount of milk
  • 80 g White coffee
  • 300 g Cream cheese
  • Appropriate amount of cream cracker biscuit
  • 50 ml Hot water

Instructions

  • First lay tin foil on a 6 x 6 square mold, pour in hot water to white coffee and stir until it completely melted.
  • Add whipped cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and condensed milk and mix until smooth. Then, pour in hot water to white coffee and stir until it completely melted.
  • Next, apply a layer of cheese mixture to the mold and smooth it out, dip the biscuit in milk and put on top of cheese mixture and press it.
  • Repeat the steps, the last layer is the cheese mix. After smoothing the surface, wrap it, and finally put it in the refrigerator and cool it!
