Caramel Honey Corn Flakes

Ingredients

  • 250 g Lurpak Unsalted Butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 150 g Honey
  • 400 g Corn Flakes
  • 159 g Chopped Cranberries

Instructions

  • Combine sugar and honey and cook it until it reaches 124�c.
  • Quickly add Lurpak Unsalted Butter.
  • Then add in chopped Cranberries and stir.
  • Slowly add cornflakes and then mix it slowly.
  • Transfer into mini paper cup and bake in 180�c oevn for 8 minutes.
