Caramelised Marshmallow Popcorn Nougat
Ingredients
- 80 g
Butter - 200 g Marshmallow
- 70 g
Milk powder - 50 g Supreme Popcorn
- 50 g Pistachio
Instructions
- Melt butter.
- Cook over low heat until the butter is melted, stir occasionally with a non-stick spatula
- Add marshmallows and stir until the marshmallows are about 80% melted.
- Add in remaining ingredient and Knead it and make rectangle
- Cut it and form a bar
- Wrap it with non stick baking paper.
