Cheddar Scone

Ingredients

  • 450 g Self Raising Flour
  • 150 g Lurpak Unsalted Butter
  • 2 nos Egg
  • 4 tbsp Arla Organic Fresh Milk
  • 50 g Arla Cheddar (block)
  • 100 g Sugar

Instructions

  • Process flour and Lurpak Unsalted Butter until it become crumbly.
  • Add in remaining ingredients and roll it out.
  • Cut with cookie cutter and then place it on baking tray.
  • Brush with Arla Organic Fresh Milk and then grate cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in 200�c oven for 30 minutes
