Separate the 4 egg whites and egg yolks into 2 clean bowls
In the egg whites, add in lemon juice, then add in sugar 2 times. Beat on high speed till a hook forms when you lift it up. Beat the egg yolks till it expands to twice its original size.
Pour ? of the egg yolk mixture into the egg white mixture and mix, after its evenly mixed, pour in the remaining egg yolk mixture and continue to mix.
Pour half the mixture into the mold, put on cheese slices, then pour in the other half of the mixture. Place it in the preheated oven, bake at 160C for 50 minutes.
