Take the flour, double-acting baking powder, salt, cooking oil and eggs. Mix them with water.
Knead until it becomes a smooth dough, wrap with a plastic wrap, leave it for 2-3 hours.
Brush some oil on the board, put the dough on top and flatten it, cut into long strips, then stick 2 strips together. In the middle, use a wet chopstick to press it in.
Put it in a hot oil pan and fry it at high temperature. Keep turning the dough sticks until it expands and is golden brown.
