Chocolate Cake Roll

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 80 g Milk
  • 50 g Corn oil
  • 70g + 15g Sugar
  • 20 g Cocoa powder
  • 50 g Low gluten flour
  • 20 g Dark Chocolate
  • 150 g Whipping Cream
  • Few drops Lemon juice

Instructions

  • Heat the dark chocolate and milk in microwave for 1 minute. Then add the corn oil into it and stir. Sift in cocoa powder, then out it aside and let it cool.
  • separate egg yolk from the white, pour in the egg yolk into the cooled chocolate milk and stir, then sift in low gluten flour and stir again till the mixture is smooth.
  • Beat the egg whites together with a few drops of lemon juice and 70g of sugar, then pour in the egg yolk mixture for 3 times and stir it evenly.
  • Bake it at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Roll up the cake on a baking paper and keep the shape for 30 minutes
  • Beat the whipping cream and 15g of sugar together till it becomes a cream and spread it into then cake, roll it.
