Ingredients

  • 230 g Peanut butter
  • 200 g Dark chocolate
  • 100 g Cream cheese
  • 10 g Condensed milk (optional)
  • Moderate amount of digestive biscuits

Instructions

  • Melt the chocolate and peanut butter together by using double boiler method, then add in cream cheese that has been softened at room temperature and mix evenly.
  • Add in condensed milk and mix, put some oil paper onto the mold in advance.
  • Pour one layer of the chocolate mixture into the mold, spread one layer of biscuit pieces, then pour in another layer of chocolate mixture, continue this process until the mold is full.
  • Put it in the freezer for 8 hours then you can cut into small pieces and eat!
