Condensed Milk Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients

  • 240 g Condensed Milk
  • 100 g Cocoa Powder

Instructions

  • Pour the condensed milk into a pot and start cooking. One thing to keep in mind is to make sure the heat isn�t too high as it can boil real fast. So, as soon as it begins to boil, turn off the gas to prevent it from burning.
  • Prepare your sift for the cocoa powder, as you'll be pouring it into the milk. Sift the cocoa powder three times as you pour it into the milk to make sure it doesn't get lumpy. Stir and blend until the mixture is thick and smooth.
  • Place the mixture in a container with plastic wrap over it and place it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  • Now the chocolate mixture has hardened, it�s easier to cut and shape it. Sprinkle some cocoa powder on a cutting board before placing the truffles on top as you prepare to cut them. To keep them from sticking, sift some cocoa powder on top.
  • Now, it�s time to shape your truffles however you like! Normally, they�re shaped in circles but let your creativity burst through and you can top it off with more cocoa powder as a finishing touch.
