Add the castor sugar into the egg yolks and stir evenly.
Mix the whipping cream and milk, then pour it into a pot, heat it until it starts boiling.
After the milk mixture has cooled down, pour it into the egg yolk mixture and stir them.
Filter two times and pour it into the mould. Set then oven to 180 degrees and heat it for 10 minutes.
Put some water into baking tray, then put the mould on top and bake it for 30 minutes. Sprinkle some sugar on top and bake it for another 5 minutes, and it's done.
