Creme Brulee

Ingredients

  • 80 g Milk
  • 90 ml Milk
  • 3 Egg yolks
  • 15 g Castor sugar
  • 100 ml Whipping cream

Instructions

  • Add the castor sugar into the egg yolks and stir evenly.
  • Mix the whipping cream and milk, then pour it into a pot, heat it until it starts boiling.
  • After the milk mixture has cooled down, pour it into the egg yolk mixture and stir them.
  • Filter two times and pour it into the mould. Set then oven to 180 degrees and heat it for 10 minutes.
  • Put some water into baking tray, then put the mould on top and bake it for 30 minutes. Sprinkle some sugar on top and bake it for another 5 minutes, and it's done.
