Crunchy Burnt Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • 340 g Golden Churn Butter
  • 500 g Flour
  • 300 g Icing Sugar
  • 200 g Milk Powder
  • cup Raisin

Instructions

  • Melt the butter slowly, remove any milk solid that float on top

  • Continue cook and stir on low heat until the milk solid is burnt and sink to the bottom

  • Filter it out, you will get approximately 250g of burnt butter.

  • Add the hot butter into the flour bowl and mix in 200g of milk powder.

  • Mix until it combine together, and make a small balls

  • Put the raisin on top and bake in 180�c oven for 12 minutes

  • Coat it with the mixture of remaining milk powder and icing sugar.
