Instructions
Melt the butter slowly, remove any milk solid that float on top
Continue cook and stir on low heat until the milk solid is burnt and sink to the bottom
Filter it out, you will get approximately 250g of burnt butter.
Add the hot butter into the flour bowl and mix in 200g of milk powder.
Mix until it combine together, and make a small balls
Put the raisin on top and bake in 180�c oven for 12 minutes
Coat it with the mixture of remaining milk powder and icing sugar.
