Boil water in a medium pot, then add agar-agar and Pandan leaves. Use low heat and stir occasionally until the agar-agar strips are completely dissolved. This process takes about 2 minutes. Take out Pandan leaves after turning off the heat.
Leave the agar-agar to cool for a minute or two before adding the dragon fruit and honey (because high temperature will destroy the enzymes in the fruit and honey), stir well.
Pour into a mold or a 20cm x 20cm tray. Once completely cooled, put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Use a butter knife to lightly scrape the edge of the mold and gently squeeze the mold to remove the agar-agar from the mold. If you are using containers, cut them into squares or rectangles with a butter knife!
