Dragon Fruit Fried Egg

Ingredients

  • 1-2 Egg
  • 1 Dragon fruit
  • A little bit of salt
  • Milk (any amount)

Instructions

  • Wash and trim the dragon fruit.
  • Separate the pulp and skin.
  • Dice the peel.
  • Put it into the beaten egg mixture, add a little salt, and any amount of milk.
  • Pour into a medium-sized pan over a small fire!
