Ingredients

  • Sago
  • Sugar
  • Dragon fruit
  • Coconut water

Instructions

  • Add water to the pot, boil and pour the sago, turn to medium heat and cook for about 5 minutes (while stirring), cook until the sago is translucent, turn off the heat when there is a white spot in the middle of the sago, then place the cover on the pot for 10 minutes.
  • Take the sago out and filter it through cold water. The purpose of this is to wash away the excess mucus, so that the sago is more refreshing to eat, and the finished product is nicer. The sago after filtering is crystal clear, full and translucent.
  • Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and put in the sago at the same time. Heat for about 5 minutes over medium heat until the sago is completely transparent and remove when there is no white spot in the middle. Put it in cold water for later use.
  • Cut the dragon fruit in half, take out the flesh and cut into pieces, divide into two pieces for later use.
  • Take a portion of dragon fruit, add an appropriate amount of sugar and coconut juice and beat it till it becomes dragon fruit juice.
Take a bowl, pour in the drained and dried sago, pour in the dragon fruit juice, and add another portion of dragon fruit. Now it's ready to eat!
