Steps:
Sift maida/flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt together and mix.
In another bowl, cream butter and powdered sugar until fluffy.
Then mix the dry ingredients and yogurt gradually. add milk and vanilla extract and mix well.
Brush oil on mould and place baking paper. Pour the batter and smoothen the surface. steam the mould inside a 5-7 minutes preheat curry pan in low medium heat for 35-40 minutes. For the oven, bake at 180c preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
