Cook FATBOI Original Wheat Noodle to al dante stage and boil vegetable then leave it aside.
Roll it up with a bamboo chopstick and heat up a wok of cooking oil over medium heat.
Use place the noodles with the chopsticks over the cooking oil, and use a ladle to pour cooking oil over the noodles until they are fried.
Then leave it aside.
On a saute pan, put a tbsp of cooking oil and saute minced garlic until fragrant.
Add in sliced fishcakes, chicken meat and crabsticks until they are cook.
Add about 300ml water and then add in chili sauce, tomato sauce, chicken powder and salt and let it simmer.
Mix a little water with cornflour and pour it in. And cook till it has thicken and reduced slightly.
Add in egg and continue to stir.
Pour the gravy around the noodles with vegetable and serve.
