- Oil
- Flour
- Water
- Vanilla Ice Cream
Instructions
- Mix water and flour together to make it batter.
- Dig an Ice cream ball with a spoon and roll the ice cream in the batter.
- Pour the oil into the pan and start frying the ice cream balls until the color turns golden.
