Homemade Toasted Breadcrumbs

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 120�C.
  • With tongs, place the bread slices directly on the oven racks. Leave in the oven until they turn hard and golden brown for about 30 minutes.
  • When it�s done, remove and cool on a wire rack.
  • Crumble the slices into a large bowl until it�s crushed and reduced to fine crumbs. If you have a food processor, then your job gets even easier. All you need to do is process until fine.
