  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • cup Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Hot Water
  • cup Butter
  • 4 Eggs

Instructions

Steps:

  • Heat sugar until caramelized and add hot water and stir well. Remove from heat. add the butter and set aside to cool.
  • In another bowl, lightly mix the eggs, condensed milk and vanilla essence together. Sift flour and baking soda in batches and mix well.
  • Pour the caramel butter sauce into the batter and mix well. Let it sit for 1 hour.�
  • Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 45 - 50 minutes.
