2cups Maida
1cups Semolina Flour
�litre Low Fat Milk
2cups Sugar
1tsp Cardamom Powder
��tspCinnamon Powder
2tspFennel Seeds
3tspBaking Powder
1��tspBaking soda
Sliced Almonds to your likings
Instructions
Steps:
Whisk milk and sugar together. Add melted ghee and continue to whisk. Let it cool.
In another bowl, add maida, semolina flour, baking powder, baking soda, fennel seeds, cardamom powder and cinnamon powder and mix together.
Add the milk mixture into the dry mixture and mix well. Pour the mixture into a pan. Sprinkle some sliced almond on top of it.
Preheat the oven at 160c for 15 minutes and bake at 160c for 1 hour.
