Kuih Lapis Merdeka

Steam Each layer 3 minutes

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender except the coloring
  • Blend until there are no lumps of flour are visible
  • Strain and divide into 4 parts
  • Color each one of them with coloring
  • Take 150g of the batter and pour it into a greased pan
  • Steam for 3 minutes for each layer.
  • Repeat steps 5 and 6 until the batter finished .
  • Once finished steaming the kuih, cool for an hour before cutting it.
  • Serve.
