Mac n' Cheese with Twist

Ingredients

  • 250 g Macaroni
  • 1 cup Chopped bacon
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1� tbsp Flour
  • 1� cups Whole milk
  • 2 cups Mild taste cheese
  • cup Telly thousand island
  • tsp Salt
  • tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  • Melt the butter and add the chopped bacon. Let the bacon release the fat and then add flour and stir.
  • Once the flour are fully coated the bacon add the water little by little. Add in cooked macaroni, a cup of cheese, salt and pepper and Telly Thousand Island.
  • Mix until all the cheese are fully melted.
  • Transfer it into a casserole pot and sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake it in 200�c oven until the cheese is melted and the colour looks AMAZING. Serve it hot.
