Mango Pudding

Ingredients

  • 125 ml Cold water
  • 1 tbsp Unflavored gelatin
  • 100 g Sugar
  • a pinch Salt
  • 250 ml Coconut milk
  • 250 ml Mango puree

Instructions

  • Bloom gelatin in cold water.
  • Melt the gelatin by using warm coconut milk.
  • Add in sugar, salt and mango puree.
  • Chill it.
