- 100 g Whipped cream
- 8 g Sugar
- 5 g Matcha powder
- 25 g Light cream
Instructions
- Add sugar to the whipped cream and beat with an electric whisk.
- In another bowl, stir the sieved matcha powder and light cream evenly.
- Add it to the whipped cream and mix evenly.
