Milk Tart

Ingredients

  • 60 g Milk
  • 2 Egg yolk
  • 1 Cheese slice
  • 25 g Sugar
  • 60 g Cornstarch

Instructions

  • Add sugar into the egg yolk
  • Add milk
  • Add cornstarch
  • Mix evenly.

  • Cook on high heat
  • Add in 1 slice of cheese
  • Stir while cooking on high heat
  • Cook until it is thick and creamy

  • Pour into bowl and freeze for 4 hours or more.
  • Cut into cubes
  • Spread egg yolk on them
  • Bake at 230 C For 15 mins
