Milo Cake

Ingredients

Batter 1

  • 3 nos egg
  • 1 cup Milo
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Condensed milk
  • 1 cup Melted butter
  • 1 cup Warm water

Dry ingredient

  • 2 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda

Instructions

  • Beat the egg until triple in size
  • In a bowl, mix all of the batter ingredient
  • Stir until all sugar are melted
  • Sift in the dry ingredient
  • Mix the milo batter and dry ingredient alternately into the egg mixture
  • Once fully incorporated transfer it into 10 inch cake mold
  • Steam the cake for 1 hour.
  • Serve.
