Roll it out thinly and use a round cookie cutter to cut it.
Use a smaller round cutter and cut it.
Bake it at 180c for 12 minutes to 15 minutes.
Pipe nutella in between the cookie biscuits.
Notes
You can chill rolled out cookie dough before using a round cutter to cut it for easier handling.
You can also pipe peanut butter or condensed milk if you are not a big fan of nutella.
Do not cream butter with flour or condensed milk. Rubbing butter with flour method by hand is to give a soft and crumbly cookie texture that melts in your mouth when you eat it.
You can substitute condensed milk with icing sugar.
