Pandan Cupcake

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • Pandan leaves
  • 1 1/2 cup Fresh milk
  • 1 cup Melted butter
  • 2 cups Cake flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Baking soda

Instructions

  • Blend pandan leaves, then use strainer to take the pandan juice.
  • Mix fresh milk, butter, sugar, egg and pandan juice well.
  • Mix flour, baking powder and baking soda together, then pour it into the pandan mixture and mix until there are no lumps.
  • Pour mixture into cups. Preheat air fryer at 150 degrees for 5 minutes.
  • Then, put into air fryer at 150 degrees for 15 minutes and it's done~
