Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
- � + � cup AP Flour
- � cup Lurpak Unsalted Butter melted
- 2 nos Egg
- 1 Yolk
- 1 � cup Brown Sugar
- � cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- � tsp Salt
- 6-8 nos Dark Chocolate
Instructions
- Melt Lurpak Unsalted Butter until brown and add both of the sugar.
- Mix until the sugar are melted. Let is cool and add egg.
- Combine the flour, salt and baking soda until well incorporated. Add the dark chocolate.
- Bake in 180�c oven for 13 minutes.
- Take it out and drizzle peanut butter and bake it again for 8 minutes.
