Peanut Butter Refrigerator Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 476 Cream (35% fat)
  • 3 tbsp Icing sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 750 g Plain chocolate flavored biscuits
  • 100 g Peanut butter to decorate
  • 300 g Cream (35% fat)
  • tsp Vanilla
  • cup Icing sugar

Instructions

  • Put the peanut butter, cream and icing sugar into a bowl and whisk with electric beaters until you have stiff peaks.
  • Take one biscuit and sandwich it to the next one using peanut butter cream. Take another put cream on it and add it to the first ones, continue to add more cookies until you have three rows.
  • Take your extra cream and icing sugar, put it into a bowl with some vanilla and whip it to firm peaks.
  • Use that to cover the whole outside of the dessert. Then decorate it how you like. Place it in the fridge for an hour for the cookies to soften.
