Penne Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup 200g Rummo Penne
  • 3 tbsp 42g Butter
  • 3 nos 12g Garlic
  • 1 cup 150g Button Mushroom
  • 1 cup 250g Diced Chicken
  • � cup 125g Frozen peas, corn and carrot
  • 1 cup 250ml Cooking Cream

Instructions

  • Boil water and cook the pasta till all dente

  • In a pan saute garlic and onion and mushrooms

  • Add in the chicken and cook until half cooked

  • Add in the frozen vegetables

  • Add in the cream and cook until thickened. Let it cool

  • Once cool transfer into a remekin and put puff pastry on top

  • Bake in 220�c oven for 20 minutes.

  • Optional :- add some mozzarella and torch it for extra cheesy!
