Raya Pandan Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 � cups All Purpose Flour
  • tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • cup Lurpak Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup White Sugar
  • 2 nos Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • cup Arla Whipping Cream
  • cup Water
  • 2 nos Screwpine Leaves

Instructions

  • In a blender, blend Arla Whipping Cream, water and the screwpine leaf.
  • Sift it and set aside.
  • Sift all the dry ingredients and set aside.
  • Ina bowl, beat the butter and sugar until it is pale in color and slowly add in eggs.
  • Add in flour and pandan mixture alternately
  • Once fully incorporated, transfer it into a 7 inch baking mold. Bake in 180�c oven for 30 minutes.
