Instructions
Rub butter and flour together until it becomes like a sand-like texture.
Add the remaining ingredients except the ground rice.
Let it chill in the refrigerator.
Once chilled, roll it and drape it on top of the pie mold.
Use the ground rice as weight.
Half way through, take out the rice and continue to bake it for another 10-13 minutes in a 190c oven, or until golden brown.
