Sliced cheese cake

Ingredients

Batter

  • 4 Slices of cheese
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 100 ml Plain yogurt
  • 3 Eggs
  • 40 g Cake flour
  • 10 g Cornstarch
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 50 g Margarine
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Tart crust

  • 100 g Biscuits
  • 50 g Butter

Instructions

  • Line a cake pan with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 1700C.
  • Tart Crust: Crush the biscuits in a food processor, and add melted butter. Batter: Mix all the ingredients in a blender, and it's ready.
  • Pour the batter into the cake pan, and bake in a preheated oven for 45-50 minutes.
  • Chill the cake really well, and it's done.
