Ingredients

  • 5 nos Egg
  • 110 g Sugar
  • 150 g Low gluten flour
  • 80 g White coffee
  • 40 ml Hot water
  • 20 g Oil

Instructions

  • Boil the white coffee with hot water; beat the eggs and sugar together until the fluff turns white and have obvious texture.
  • Next, sift in low-gluten flour and mix gently, then add oil and mix well.
  • Then divide the batter into 3 equal parts, divide the white coffee into 2 parts and add 2 parts of the batter and mix well, The other one remains its original taste.
  • Then spread a piece of grease paper on the bottom of the 8-inch cake tin, put it in the steamer, and boil the water.
  • Finally, pour the serving coffee batter, steam for 15 minutes on high heat, then pour the original batter and steam for 15 minutes. Pour in the last coffee batter and steam for 30 minutes!
