Instructions
Melt 2 cups of full fat ice cream in the microwave.
Pour the melted ice cream into a bowl.
Add 1tbsp of baking powder, � tsp salt and 1 � cup of all purpose flour and mix through.
Once mixed, add in � cups of white chocolate chips and mix again.
Add a few drops of red food coloring and mix.
Line a loaf pan with butter and parchment paper.
Pour in the batter and top it off with some sprinkles.
Bake for 180�c Celsius for 35 minutes. Enjoy!
