Instructions
Pour Homesoy Original and once boil lower the heat to simmer
In a small bowl, add cornstarch and GDL and mix it with water to avoid lump
Pour the mixture into hot soy milk pot and stir it quickly.
Remove any bubbles.
Turn off the heat and let it set for 20 minutes.
Once set, plate it and serve it with the sweet syrup.
Syrups
Combine Sugar, Honey and water and let it dissolve. Set aside.
Repeat step for the other spice syrup
