Mix the egg whites, granulated sugar and salt into a container and stir.
Filter the low-gluten flour and pour into the mixture.
Microwave the unsalted cream until it melts and pour into the resulting mixture.
Place adequate amount of the paste onto a baking paper.
Sprinkle the almond chips onto the paste gently.
Put all inside the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees celsius. Lower the temperature down to 160 degrees celsius and bake it for another 10 minutes. Serve.
