8 Different Types of Dessert With Leftover Eggwhite

Egg White Tart

Ingredients

  • 67 g Cream
  • 67 g Milk
  • 15-20 g Granulated sugar
  • Eggwhites (2 eggs)
  • 1 tsp Condensed milk
  • 8 pcs Egg Tart Wrapper

Instructions

  • Mix cream, milk, granulated sugar and condensed milk together in a bowl and microwave it until the sugar melts.
  • Pour in the egg whites after cooled and stir it using egg beater.
  • Filter the resulting mixture for 1 to 3 times. Pour the mixture into the wrapper accordingly.
  • Heat the tart for 15-20 minutes under 210 degrees celsius and your marvelous tart is ready to be served!

Lemon Cream French Tart

Ingredients

  • 7 pcs Digestive Biscuit
  • 45 g Unsalted Cream

Egg White Cream

  • 1 pcs Egg White
  • 20 g Granulated sugar

Lemon Curd

  • 60 ml Lemon Juice
  • Lemon peel (1 lemon pcs)
  • 60 g Granulated sugar
  • 1 pcs Whole egg
  • 40 g Unsalted Cream

Instructions

  • Crush the digestive biscuit and stir with unsalted cream in a bowl. Pour into dessert mould and store it inside the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Mix the lemon peel and 60g of granulated sugar to induce the aroma of lemon.
  • Mix all the ingredients of lemon curd and the processed granulated sugar and steam the mixture while stirring until the mixture starts to solidify.
  • Pour the mixture into the dessert mould in step 1.
  • Pour in the remaining egg whites into granulated sugar and stir it using egg beater. Place it on top of the tart and decorate it as you like.
  • Use a torch and roast the surface of the tart or put the tarts inside an oven to heat for 10 minutes under 200-230 degrees celsius and the tarts will be ready to serve.

Hong Kong Style Steamed With Egg White

Ingredients

  • 375 ml Full Cream milk
  • 2 pcs Egg White
  • 35 g Sugar

Instructions

  • Pour in the milk and sugar in a bowl and heat it with low temperature.
  • Stir the egg whites with an egg beater and pour it into the milk, stir accordingly.
  • Filter the milk and pour into suitable containers. Steam it for 15 minutes and switch off the plug. Leave it for 5 minutes before removing to be served.

Egg White Cookie

Ingredients

  • 50 g Butter
  • 50 g Plain flour
  • 35-40 g Powdered sugar
  • 35 g Egg White

Instructions

  • Mix butter and powdered sugar.
  • Add in egg white and stir uniformly.
  • Pour the contents into a pastry bag and press out the glutinous mixture according to your preference.
  • Put in the oven for 15 minutes under 160 degrees celsius and the cookies are ready to be served.

Egg White Dessert With Shredded Coconut

Ingredients

  • 2 Egg whites
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 90 g Granulated sugar
  • Lemon peel
  • 15 g Chestnut flour
  • 150 g Shredded coconut

Instructions

  • Pour egg whites into a bowl and stir until bubbles are formed.
  • Add in lemon juice and sugar. Stir the mixture with an egg beater until the mixture have a soli form.
  • Add in lemon peel and chestnut flour and stir.
  • Sprinkle some shredded coconut and use an ice cream scooper to carve out a ball-shaped cream and place it on a tray with 2.5cm distance in between each ball of cream.
  • Put it in oven and heat it for 20 minutes under 160 degree celsius and left it to be cooled. Finally,they are ready to be served.

Egg White Milk In Coconut

Ingredients

  • 200 ml Fresh milk
  • 2 pcs Coconut
  • 2 pcs Egg White
  • 15 g Granulated Sugar

Instructions

  • Hack open a coconut and pour coconut water out into a bowl of egg whites.
  • Heat a bowl of fresh milk with added sugar. Cool it thereafter.
  • Heat a bowl of fresh milk with added sugar. Cool it thereafter.
  • Pour the resulting mixture into the coconut and steam it for 30 minutes at 100 degrees celcius. Serve warm.

Almond Cookie

Ingredients

  • 2 pcs Egg White
  • 120 g Granulated sugar
  • 40 g Low-gluten flour
  • 50 g Unsalted cream
  • Salt
  • 1 packet Almond chips

Instructions

  • Mix the egg whites, granulated sugar and salt into a container and stir.
  • Filter the low-gluten flour and pour into the mixture.
  • Microwave the unsalted cream until it melts and pour into the resulting mixture.
  • Place adequate amount of the paste onto a baking paper.
  • Sprinkle the almond chips onto the paste gently.
  • Put all inside the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees celsius. Lower the temperature down to 160 degrees celsius and bake it for another 10 minutes. Serve.

Egg White Sweets

Ingredients

  • 2 pcs Egg White
  • 35 g Powdered sugar
  • 45 g Granulated sugar
  • 10 g Corn starch

Instructions

  • Stir the egg whites in a bowl until bubbles are formed.
  • Increase the beating speed while adding in 1/3 sugar until smoother bubbles are formed. Add on another 1/3 of sugar and while lowering the beating speed to create obvious patterns. Empty the remaining sugar and continue to stir accordingly.
  • Add in corn starch into the mixture before powdered sugar and stir.
  • Pour the mixture into a pastry bag and press out your preferred shape and amount on a baking tray.
  • Heat it in oven for 15 minutes under 160 degrees celsius and lower down the temperature to 100 degrees celsius for a further 40 minutes.
  • Leave the tray in the oven for a few minutes before serving it.
