Arla Cheese tart Montok

Ingredients

Crust

  • 250 g Flour
  • 125 g Arla Salted Butter
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 nos Egg Yolk

Filling

  • 250 g Arla Cream Cheese Natural
  • 15 g Arla Salted Butter
  • 50 g Muscovado Sugar
  • 10 g Ovalette
  • 1 tsp Vinegar

Instructions

For Crust

  • Process Arla salted butter and flour.
  • Add in remaining ingredients.
  • Once combines and become one cohesive dough and let it rest in chiller.
  • Once rested, make it up into the pie casing. And bake in the preheated 180�c oven for 10 minutes.

For Filling

  • Mix all ingredients using a hand mixer and once fully mixed with no lump transfer it into piping bag.
  • Pipe a little bit of the filling into 2 bowl and colour it with food coloring.
  • One bowl needs to be darker for the deco outline.
  • Pipe the fillings into the tart casing and pipe the design it with the coloured cream cheese.
