In a pot heat water until boiling and add vermicelli.
Turn off the heat and let it soften. Once soft toss and set aside.
In a blender, add all ingredient except filo pastry and blend it until it become like a sand like texture
Prepare the filo pastry and brush it with melted butter for each layer
When on the fourth layer add the nuts mixture
Roll it tightly and cut it into 2 inch pieces.
Wrap the vermicelli on the baklava pieces as shown on the video
Repeat until all baklava are wrapped with the vermicelli.
Brush it with melted butter
Bake in 180 c oven until golden brown. Let cool
