Sambal
Instructions
Mix all in one bowl and knead for 10 minutes (using stand mixer) 18 minutes (by hand).
Let it rise for 2-3 hours.
Once risin, punch and shape into a ball.
Let it rest for 30 minute and then deep fry until golden brown.
Cut into hald and slot in the sambal and cucumber.
