Ingredients

  • 1 cup MFM Cap Ros Flour
  • 1 cup Oil
  • 1 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1 cup Caster sugar
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 1 cup Condensed milk
  • 2 nos Egg
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • ½ tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and soda first.
  • In another bowl mix the remaining ingredient.
  • Add in dry ingredient little by little into the batter.
  • Once fully incorporated, sift it.
  • Transfer it into small ramekin and steam for approximately 20 minutes.

Roti Jala

Ingredients

  • 3 cups MFM Cap Ros Flour
  • cup Coconut milk
  • cup Water
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • Condiment
  • Chicken curry

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredient.
  • Sift.
  • Heat the pan and turn off the heat.
  • Drizzle the batter using the special mold.
  • Cook until they are slightly brown.

Coconut Steamed Bun

Cook Time 2 hours 40 minutes
Total Time 3 hours

Ingredients

Steamed Bun

  • 2 tbsp Water
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • ½ tbsp Yeast
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Corn oil
  • cups MFM cap Ros Flour
  • ¼ tsp Baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Coconut filling

  • 100 g Coconut flake
  • 5 g Pandan emulco
  • 55 g Raw sugar

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredient and let it rest for 1½ hour.
  • Meanwhile , in a pot combine all the filling ingredient and stri and let the sugar melt and coat the coconut.
  • Punch it and degas the dough. Let it rest a bit and portion the dough.
  • Roll the dough into a disk and put the filling inside. Roll into a ball and let it rest for 1 hour.
  • Steam in in a moderate heat for 10 min.

Lepat Pisang (Steamed Banana Sweet)

Ingredients

  • 8 piece Banana
  • 1 cup MFM Cap Ros Flour
  • ½ cup Grated coconut
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Palm sugar
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 6 nos Banana leaf

Instructions

  • Mash the banana and add all ingredient together except banana leaf.
  • Run the banana leaf on top of the stove. This step are crucial so that it is easy to wrap the batter later.
  • Tear the banana leaf into rectangle and put the batter on the center. Thake the ends and fold. After that fold the sides.
  • Steam for 15 minutes.

Burger Malaysia

Ingredients

  • cup Warm milk
  • 11 g Yeast
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • cup MFM Cap Ros Flour
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Condensed milk
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • ½ tsp Baking soda
  • Cucumber
  • Sambal

Instructions

  • Mix all in one bowl and knead for 10 minutes (using stand mixer) 18 minutes (by hand).
  • Let it rise for 2-3 hours.
  • Once risin, punch and shape into a ball.
  • Let it rest for 30 minute and then deep fry until golden brown.
  • Cut into hald and slot in the sambal and cucumber.

YouTiao (Cakoi)

Ingredients

  • 2 cup MFM Cap Ros Flour
  • ¾ cup Warm water
  • 6 g Yeast
  • tbsp Corn oil
  • ½ tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Mix all into one bowl and knead until it doesn't stick to the bowl.
  • Let it rise for 1-2 hours.
  • Once risin, punch and knead for two minutes.
  • Take a small portion of the dough and roll into 15 cm. Cut in half.
  • Brush the surface with a little bit of water and stick it together with a chopstick.
  • Deep fried until golden brown.
