In a bowl combine sultanas, raisin and orange juice and let it soak for a while.
In another bowl combine 1 cup of flour, yeast, water, milk, honey and stir.
Let it rise for one hour.
Once risin, add the remaining ingredient and knead it in a standing mixer until it forming a ball.
Let it rest for 2 hours.
Once rest punch the dough and divide into 2 equal pieces.
Roll out the dough into an oval/ round shape and add the fillings.
For the fillings just combine all of the ingredient.
Spread the filling onto the dough and fold it.
Let it proof for 45 minutes.
Bake in 180�c oven for 45 minutes.
Once cool dust heavily with icing sugar.
