Crepe Suzette with Sun Up Mango

Ingredients

Le Crepe

  • 1 � cup Milk
  • 1 cup Self rising flour
  • 50 g Sun Up Mango
  • 50 g Butter (melted)
  • A pinch orange zest

Sauce

  • cup Sun Up Mango
  • cup Icing sugar
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • cup Orange juice
  • Orange zest

Decoration

  • Stawberries
  • Orange
  • Orange zest

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix the ingredients together with a whisk to remove all the lumps.
  • Pour the batter on your pan around � cup awayfrom the heat. Leave to cook on medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  • Fold half then another half and set aside.
  • For the sauce, combine all ingredients and cook until it is thickened for about 3 minutes. Top it with your favourite toppings.
