Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ingredients together with a whisk to remove all the lumps.
- Pour the batter on your pan around ½ cup awayfrom the heat. Leave to cook on medium heat for about 2 minutes.
- Fold half then another half and set aside.
- For the sauce, combine all ingredients and cook until it is thickened for about 3 minutes. Top it with your favourite toppings.
