Crepe Suzette with Sun Up Mango

It’s paper-thin, tangy, and sweet as you. Hehe! It’s paper-thin, tangy, and amorous Crepe Suzette. Infused with Sun Up Mango in the crepe and sauce, then topped with strawberries and orange zest, this is great for breakfast, tea time, or as desserts. Try making this delicious treat at home that is so simple!

Ingredients

Le Crepe

  • 1 ½ cup Milk
  • 1 cup Self rising flour
  • 50 g Sun Up Mango
  • 50 g Butter (melted)
  • A pinch orange zest

Sauce

  • ¼ cup Sun Up Mango
  • ½ cup Icing sugar
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • ½ cup Orange juice
  • Orange zest

Decoration

  • Stawberries
  • Orange
  • Orange zest

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix the ingredients together with a whisk to remove all the lumps.
  • Pour the batter on your pan around ½ cup awayfrom the heat. Leave to cook on medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  • Fold half then another half and set aside.
  • For the sauce, combine all ingredients and cook until it is thickened for about 3 minutes. Top it with your favourite toppings.
