Add all ingredients and then knead for 20 minutes.
The dough should not stick to the hand.
If the dough too dry add more water.
Let it rest for 2 hours.
Dust the table with a lot of MFM Tepung Cap Ros.
Once rested punch it out and work the dough.
Roll it and strat to use cookie cutter to cut it.
Let it rest for 15 minutes.
Once rested it is time to fry with low-medium heat!
Pro tip once you put it inside let it cook for 45 seconds and then flip it to give smooth texture.
Continue to cook until the desired colour reached.
Let it rest for a while and then coat it with sugar.
