Donut Gebu Gebas
Ingredients
- 4 cups
MFM Tepung Cap Ros - 300 ml Warm Water
- 1/2 teaspoons Bread Softener
- 1/2 teaspoons Bread Improver
- 1 teaspoon
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Yeast - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 3 tablespoons
Sugar - 3 tablespoons
Condensed milk - 1
Egg - 2 tablespoons
Margarine
Instructions
- Add all ingredients and then knead for 20 minutes.
- The dough should not stick to the hand.
- If the dough too dry add more water.
- Let it rest for 2 hours.
- Dust the table with a lot of MFM Tepung Cap Ros.
- Once rested punch it out and work the dough.
- Roll it and strat to use cookie cutter to cut it.
- Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Once rested it is time to fry with low-medium heat!
- Pro tip once you put it inside let it cook for 45 seconds and then flip it to give smooth texture.
- Continue to cook until the desired colour reached.
- Let it rest for a while and then coat it with sugar.
