  • Add all ingredients and then knead for 20 minutes.
  • The dough should not stick to the hand.
  • If the dough too dry add more water.
  • Let it rest for 2 hours.
  • Dust the table with a lot of MFM Tepung Cap Ros.
  • Once rested punch it out and work the dough.
  • Roll it and strat to use cookie cutter to cut it.
  • Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • Once rested it is time to fry with low-medium heat!
  • Pro tip once you put it inside let it cook for 45 seconds and then flip it to give smooth texture.
  • Continue to cook until the desired colour reached.
  • Let it rest for a while and then coat it with sugar.
