Stir the egg whites in a bowl until bubbles are formed.
Increase the beating speed while adding in 1/3 sugar until smoother bubbles are formed. Add on another 1/3 of sugar and while lowering the beating speed to create obvious patterns. Empty the remaining sugar and continue to stir accordingly.
Add in corn starch into the mixture before powdered sugar and stir.
Pour the mixture into a pastry bag and press out your preferred shape and amount on a baking tray.
Heat it in oven for 15 minutes under 160 degrees celsius and lower down the temperature to 100 degrees celsius for a further 40 minutes.
Leave the tray in the oven for a few minutes before serving it.
